I have been in real estate for 27 years - 26 of them as a Broker/Owner of Better Homes Realty.  I consistently have been the top individual selling agent in all of the Better Homes Realty offices in Northern California, averaging over $50 million in sales annually.

My lovely daughters and I reside in Alamo, where I currently am the top selling broker, as well as a specialist in the Alamo/Danville area.  My oldest daughter recently graduated from Penn State, with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.  She is currently employed by The Marriot Corporation.  My youngest is a junior at the University of Michigan, majoring in Communications.  I am actively involved in my community, currently serving as the president of my homeowners association.

Because of my knowledge and expertise of the real estate market in my area, almost all of the homes I list sell very quickly.  My marketing plan is a very aggressive one, and includes full page advertising in the Contra Costa Times, full page advertising in Homes and Land Magazine, mailing a minimum 4200 Just Listed/Just Sold postcards every two weeks to property owners in the area, holding the homes open on a regular basis, and networking with other top agents in the area who have qualified buyers. 

My strength is in keeping a pulse on the marketplace.  Unlike many agents in our area I do not have a "team" working with me.  When you have questions about the current market conditions or want some specific answers about selling your home, I am the one who will address these issues and questions with you.  You always will have my full attention at all times.
